All orders are dispatched using UPS/USPS/DHL Express, based on the option you choose during checkout. Estimated shipping times can be viewed during the checkout process.

Order Fulfillment:

NOTE: Pre-order items and newly released items may not be ready for processing on the day of its release. The description will specify the day it will ship by which will include processing time.

Orders take 1-3 Business Days (Monday-Friday) for order fulfillment. For instance, if you place an order on Monday, the latest it will be shipped out is Thursday. Pre-Order fulfilment time will start from the ship by date listed in description. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday are treated as orders placed on Monday. Generally, orders do not take the full 3 Business Days to fulfill. Once your order starts processing, you will receive an email notification indicating that the package is on its way. This email will also contain the tracking number for your order.

Returns:
Upon receiving your package, you have a 72 hour window (3 business days) to request a refund or exchange via email. We gladly accept returns for any items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 3 days of purchase (excluding weekends and national holidays). To initiate a return, kindly get in touch with our support team via email at support@beundeniableshop.com. Once a return label has been issued, it must be used to ship the item back to us within 10 days. In the event that you wish to return an item for reasons other than an error on our part, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the associated shipping costs for both the delivery to you and the return to us. To ensure the secure and timely receipt of your return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

If, for any reason, you receive a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs, and you will not be charged for the return.

Kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a return or refund if the item has been damaged, worn, or altered in any way. Additionally, a restocking fee may be charged for items returned without all of their original tags or packaging. We maintain the right to refuse a return and refund for any items that have been damaged, worn, or altered.

If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for resale, we will inform you and offer to return the item to you at your expense. Should you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly. Items that cannot be resold include those with stains, tears, or rips, items with strong odors or personal scents, as well as items with missing tags or packaging.

Refund Process:
Upon receipt of your returned item and confirming that it meets our return policy requirements, we will proceed with the refund process within 7-10 business days. Please be aware that shipping costs are not eligible for a refund unless an error was made on your order.
